1985 GI Joe Footloose comes incomplete. Figure has his helmet, backpack, and strapped rifle (unbroken). Figure has mostly tight joints, left arm slightly loose. No elbow cracks and excellent paint, minus a rub on his knife on his chest and a few small spots on his boots. Has some rust on screws.
