1987 GI Joe Sneak Peak is not complete, missing the top portion of his periscope and mic, has strapped rifle, periscope, bottom periscope piece, and walkie talkie. Figure has stiff limbs, some minor paint loss, hook is not broke off, and no cracked elbows.
